today huan kiat and derek came to meet me at my house
then went to 7-11 to buy things and then back to my place nearby exercise corner do exercise and do abit training.
after that came back to my place rest liao then they went home le.=D
weight drop,body fat lose,inches lose.so happy!=D

i have been backstabbed by some''friend"of mine and ya...
it really does not hurt me because its numb now...

and being backstabbed by others...advice to others-
donn get blind by what others say,get the fact right and
fight for justice.donn be a DOG by hearing what others hearsay
